VOX Fibre New Applicants FAQ Sheet

How long is the contract?
VOX Fibre to the home is month to month, however if the service is cancelled within 12 months of activation, the full installation or setup and configuration fee is payable as part of the cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will not be pro-rated.
What do I have to pay now?
Nothing, unless specifically instructed by VOX. 

Each fibre network operator (FNO) defines its own standard installation. If a non-standard installation, re-installation or any move of equipment is required, the Customer shall be responsible for the costs of any facilities, extra cabling, additional trenching and other expenses that is necessary to install the service. Such costs shall either be charged by the relevant network operator directly to the Customer, or through Vox, depending on the business model of the network operator.

Please note your first invoice will include: Once-off, Pro-Rata and Following months fees.


How do I apply?
  1. Online at https://shop.vox.co.za/ftthsolutions
    1. Please have a Clear copy of your ID/Smart Card (Front & Back) ready to upload
  2. Emailing support@thejonas.co

How long will it take?
Installation is 7-14 business days and is processed in 2 parts:
  1. Fibre installation into your home:
    1. You will be called to schedule the installation day and time
    2. Your VOX Router is delivered to your home.
  2. Once the installation is completed the FNO will hand over to VOX
    1. The router will be delivered with step by step instructions of how to self install
